the benefits of sunshine

whenever possible I try to soak up as much vitamin d as possible! our sedentary and mostly indoor lifestyles prevent us from receiving the healing benefits of the sun.

did you know that vitamin d:

  • helps regulate our hormones

  • carries out processes involved in our metabolism

  • helps to create healthy sleep-wake cycles

  • and numerous other cellular processes!

so if you can’t find me, i’m somewhere in a bikini soaking up the sun.
